mizer
Following on from the other thread, what is your least favourite ground and why?
jmo
Parkhead, terrible view and (as I'm a student) almost twice the price of most other SPL grounds.
carlos
parkhead pay £27 to sit behind a piller
tsr
New Douglas Park, only ground which due to the stairs totally exposes how pashed you are.
dave_min
Good: Tannadice, Tynecastle (best), Easter Road, McDiarmid Park, Ibrox Alright: Firr Park, St Mirren Park (never actually been), Caledonian Stadium, Rugby Park Shite: Parkheid (worst), New Douglas Park
glasgowdon
Celtic Park, you should really get a hard hat when you enter that toilet.
Cowie
Never been to parkhead, but tulloch stadium is a royal pain in the hoop getting to and from it...
Stuartini
A total dive. Situated in a slum. Inhabited by scum. Policed by pikeys. Tickets for restricted views. Edit:Celtic park is the answer
19robbo03
Darkheed by far is the worst, its a fucking shitehole, half the seats are missing and it cost more than anywhere else.........
Stewart
Parkhead is by far the worst away ground. Terrible view, terrrible price, terrible steward, terrible coppers, terrible home fans. The home end was nae bad when I sat in there though.
Madbadteacher
Parkhead. Truly awful experience, if more grounds in Scotland were like that the game would truly be deadand buried. Even bad-old-Brockville was better
manc_don
Parkhead is by far the worst away ground. Terrible view, terrrible price, terrible steward, terrible coppers, terrible home fans. The home end was nae bad when I sat in there though. Were you that guy a few seasons back who saw the game next to the away fans, and showed you dons shirt to the away fans as you were leaving? I've Sat in the jock stein stand and it was full of cunts and was still shite
BigAl
As in keeping with several other it has to be Porkheid for all the reasons already listed, although if it were based purely on the level of hatred towards us their partners in crime on the other side of the Weeg would take the crown comfortably
Jute
Tesco Value stadium just pips the tattie bowl for me. Still got some great memories of games at tattie bowl where as Tesco Value is a cold souless hole with stewards who were kicked out of the SS for cruelty and no decent pubs anywhere near by. kelt
Been a good few years, but was it Tannadice where the pitch of the terracing was about 60 degrees, so any kind of a bounce came with the danger of ending up in the front row regardless of where you started. Plus it was in Dundee, which has to be the biggest toilet in Scotland.
scunnered999
Caledonian Stadium; without a shadow of a doubt... it was built on a tip and is full of ungrateful teuchters
Mentorred
Celtic Park as someone said the view is terrible. Closely followed by Ibrox, unless you like pies, spit, tea and coins hitting your back from above.
mizer
built on a tip and is full of ungrateful teuchters :lolabove: Double pot and kettle - immense
caledonia
Celtic Park as someone said the view is terrible. Closely followed by Ibrox, unless you like pies, spit, tea and coins hitting your back from above. Agree with Celtic park/parkhead treated like an animal but i actually like Ibrox
carlos
the away end at love st was bad was like a vertical drop
RDU_64
Out of the ones I have been too (Parkhead, Ibrox, Tynecastle, Easter Road and Caledonian Stadium) Parkhead and Caledonian Stadium have to be the worst. Parkhead is truly an awful stadium for away fans for reasons already mentioned and the Caledonian Stadium has no atmosphere with shite home fans. TENEMENTFUNSTER
Easter Rd/Parkhead, can't decide which I hate most.
tlg1903
I've had some great times at the caley stadium, usually we take good numbers and all but the last visit the away end has been great craic. Also there's no hassle in ict away, never once felt like I ha to keep an eye over my shoulder going o or coming from the ground
TENEMENTFUNSTER
Got to agree TLG, some cracking bounces and away days there.
TENEMENTFUNSTER
Actually, worst ground is definitely between New Douglas Park and Parkhead, rotten grounds but I fucking hate Easter Road. Killie is hellish too, awful place. On balance, Parkhead, 5 star stadium aspirations still make me lol.
