ABERDEEN FC boss Jimmy Calderwood today admitted he does not care if the SPL don’t play fair with their fixture list this year.

 

The Old Firm have already been told their final clash of the season will take place on Saturday, May 9.

 

But the rest of the top flight have to sweat until Sunday before finding out where and when they are going to be playing their final five fixtures.

 

Aberdeen FC should be served up with visits to Rangers and Dundee United as well as home clashes against Celtic, Hearts and either Hibs or Motherwell.

 

But Calderwood knows there is a chance the Dons could yet be handed an extra away game, as has happened in the past.

 

The Dons boss insisted that would have no real impact on their bid to qualify for next season’s Europa League.

 

Calderwood said: “It doesn’t really worry me because we will be attempting to win every game anyway.’’

According to one of my mates who support the tattie munchers there is supposedly talk of them going to Fir Park again if Well make.

 

I wouldnt mind extra away games if we got the Huns or Utd at home again. Im just hoping the midweek post split game is at home as i'm supposed to have an exam the next day .

 

 

That would mean us going to Parkhead again then  all the rumours canny be true 

Tims, Huns, Hearts, us, Utd and Hibs are the top 6 after Motherwell lost today.

That won't be our fixture list, we wouldn't get 3 home games in a row.

As I said, I don't know if it is true or not, more likely not. We'll just have to wait and see what the GFA announces tomorrow.

I've never been to Ibrox.

 

I've only been to Parkhead once and we won 2-3 with Budgie goal in the last minute. Had to travel home on tims bus without identifying myself as one of the "fuckin sheep shaggers"!

 

Maybe I should go to Ibrox?    No chance of me going on a hun bus though!

So far we have Celtic at home on the 2nd of May on Setanta and Rangers away on the 16th also on Setanta.

 

They are both 12.30 kick offs.

When we had rangers the last day of last season, I had an exam at 9am the next day.

 

Told myself:

 

"Just don't go, you must study instead"

 

which eventually became,

 

"Ok, you can have a 2 hour break for the football, but then you must study before/after"

 

But when it came to meeting my friends for the football it was then

 

"Ok, 1 pint before the game, but then back afterwards to study"

 

Which after the win became

 

"Ok, a few pints then home for an all-nighter before tomorrows exam"

 

Which soon became

 

"Ok, a few hours sleep, then up early for a few hours study before your exam"

 

Which became

 

"Fuck! I've slept in!"

 

On a side note I got a 19 for that exam, my best mark for that whole year
