Was chatting with pals the other day on "what a team of your clubs former players would look like". The rules are all players need to still be playing. Ours looks alright so far. 

Imagine if we fielded a team for a season that contained Lewis Ferguson, Bojan Miovski, Ryan Christie, James Maddison, Scott McKenna, Kenny McLean, Lawrence Shankland, Ross McRorie, maybe even Wes Burns who seems to be doing alright at Ipswich these days. 

Distinctly lacking goalkeepers and only one defender though 

Kelle Roos is somewhere in lower league Italian fitba I think and Antony Stewart is playing his trade in the fifth or sixth level of English football 

Actually, on reflection, let's just leave these positions empty 😉

Pollock, McRorie, gartenmann, Robertson, Lowe. Plenty of others.

Calvin Ramsay and Christian Ramirez worth a shout too.

Mix it up with a big loom up top, Sam Cosgrove or Jayden Stockley! Although I’m pretty sure they were the same person. Scott Wright and Connor Barron? Sorry to mention both. David bates seems to be doing ok. How about the legend Ronald Hernandez?

Only recent keeper I can find who is playing at a decent level is Freddie Woodman who we had on loan. He is currently number 1 for Preston North End. McCrorie at right back Pollock and McKenna as centre backs. Midfield of Ferguson, Barron and Ramadani, Hedges and Christie as wingers feeding Miovski. Struggling for a left back. Hanncock at Airdrie maybe.

Legit left back Max Lowe did well for us and he’s only 27 now. Was at forest in the premiership, recently transferred to Sheffield Wednesday.

Forgot about Max Lowe.

Yes. Every day of the week.

Ramadani was effective but generally an average player, although fair play to him he's done well at Lecce. Pawlett on his day was terrific, a player that lifted the place when he got on the ball, although sadly (injuries probably) never reached his full potential.

Yes. The McLean last night v Portugal wasn't the McLean at Aberdeen.

Hector/Pollock, both similar levels. Hector's howitzer v Partick Thistles gets him the shirt.

I've already acknowledged Pawlett fell off, but at the beginning on his day he was a terrific player. Never felt the same with McLean or Ramadani.

Well it's @Reekie_Red thread so he can make the final decision, but if Pawlett is kicked out so some jobber from Norwich can get in, I'll judge you all silently from afar.

It was painful watching Pawlett during the Brown era,often the only making a dangerous run or showing for the ball,that few of the others in the side of that time were smart enough to pick up on.Wonder what he could have done in todays side...

I'd like to say McGinn (still technically playing), but he'd have trouble shifting Maddison or Christie.

I reckon you can choose to pick players either on their form with us or their top form, up to you. 

Hector was a bit of magic in his time with us, so I'd go with that.
