Well vs Dons

Given our current form, I’m not overly confident for this one. He league table makers for frustrating viewing after yet another failure to capitalise on anything around us. Something needs to change and it’s certainly linked to the excuses that keep getting pedalled by the man in charge. He more than us needs a result of some sort over the next week. I know Robson mentioned he should have rotated the team, guess it may come now.

surely we don’t see Duk. It just isn’t happening for him this season for one reason or another. Will we ever see sokler given any real mins?

Yep, he's an attacking midfielder that does his best work close to the main striker.

Yassss. Duk.

Jinxed it.

Not convincing in defence. Thank god we scored four already.

Annoying to lose the 2 goals, but up to 6th,with a game in hand over the 2 above.

We were up until the changes. Nothing too worrying there I wouldn't have said.

Roos getting beat at his near post again not great.

Was it not a deflection?

Pass the ball 🟰 look good.

Punt it long 🟰 look bad.

We now await Hampden to see what version of Aberdeen Robson brings with him.

Yep, came off their player and wrong footed him (he was a little slow to change direction perhaps). I don't see a problem in getting beaten at your near post for deflections or very good shots like the Killie one. Both were in positions where the most likely shot is right in the far bottom corner, and if the keeper goes too close to his near post then it's a relatively easy shot to the far post. As long as it has to be a good shot to beat him basically. I think the near post thing is overstated, as if it's in some way fine to get beaten at the far post. It's a classic pundit cliché!

I hope we continue with duk our super sub off the bench. One goal does not make up for a season of shit. And this formation may bring the best out of McGrath and clarkson?? Hoping for minimal change, ideally same again, this weekend.

Starting to think I might be onto something here

I've been to eight games before end of October and I have an even worse win ratio that Robson

One win in eight games or 12.5% and that was against Stirling Albion.

Maybe I should stay away ?

Sorry lads but I have a ticket for Saturday ☹️

I'm worse...no wins, 5 defeats, 4 draws.   Saturday -  time for the law of averages will kick in.
