I get the impression he's a good lad and you can't fault his attitude - but yeah, just not up to scratch technically.

Late 20s/early 30s is the worst age for being a Dons fan, I reckon - just old enough to remember some great wins (the 9-8 penalty win in the Scottish Cup is one that sticks in my mind particularly) but not to the extent that you were actually able to properly understand or appreciate it. So near, yet so far!

I thought Aluko was decent. Thought Magennis should've been hooked at HT, but then the monumental disinterest from Blackman when he did come on possibly explained why it wasn't earlier.

 

Be interested to see all the big decisions again, didn't really have a great view for any of them. Bloody row G.

I think my issue is that I still don't really believe it'll actually happen. Maybe once we see some bricks getting placed I'll be more excited.

Me and my lot are putting on a few gigs over summer, next one is Iron Chic in May which will be grand.

This is the one I've been going to the past 5 or so years, in Florida. Not very well known bands but it's basically my dream line up every year, plus a lot of the bands we put on during the year play it so it's kind of like an annual meet up of pals.

I'm reading this just now. It's a good read and it's designed for the total beginner, but even then some of it is pretty baffling. I think I'm just about coping with the gist of it, though.

Is his contract up with Udinese in the summer? Can't imagine they'd be too keen to just let a boy they spent €1m on just leave otherwise.

Blackman hasn't looked the part atal since he came in. However, I do think that this may be a result from playing out wide. It would be rather harsh on Magennis not to get the nod to start up front as he has had it relatively tough this season and has not complained once. I think he deserves to start.

 

Plus, he's going to be here next season and Blackman isn't, so let's get Josh the gametime he needs to develop.
