  1. I would drive Ifil to wherever he's lined up but he can't go unless we have back up for Diamond and Considine.

Paton is the best forward at the club, he should be going nowhere.

We have Rory Mcardle and think Basey played some of the 2nd half as CB against Dunfermline. Might look at putting Foster back as RB. So think we can get rid of Ifil as no lose. No way Paton should be leaving. It might be  these 2 are the only players other clubs have asked about?

  2. For not "currently with the Dons party" read "fucked off elsewhere for a better offer"

Heads should roll if we have fucked this up yet again.

Season is three weeks away from starting, and I'm feeling fucking depressed already

Have to agree can't see them signing now. Getting very worried about not having players signed by start of season. Where is the experienced striker that's signing over the w/end?

  3. Mcghee wanted him to be available for today's game simple. His family are from that country would not say he is a traitor. Also he is the only major player we have got. This should have been better handled by everyone at the club including Sone.

  4. Injury?  MM wants tyo look at his fitness, if he can play another 30 or so minutes tomorrow he gets to go and play in this fuck up of a comp.

It wasn't a fuck up of a cup when the Scots got to the final few years ago and MM let Reynolds and a few Well players take part. Aluko was always going to be fit to take some part of it and he HAD to turn up on tues as Nigerians wouldn't let him or others take any part if they didn't show up. I could see where the Sone was coming from. MM should have bought in replacements for when these players go on Internationals.

  5. Cool, I'm pretty sure I speak for more than just myself when I say I'm keen to see more of the lad in our starting line-up.

Have to agree he looked quite a good player at the end of last season and hopefully MM will give him his chance soon.

  6. We have failed the last few years, so i doubt it will change this summer.

Remember Scott Booth was always injured went to Holland they managed to check out his injuries and got to the bottom of it after that was hardly injured. Maybe Mcghee has someone else we can send him to have a look at the injury and get it sorted.

Not sure just would rather have Smith playing than Dung or Duff who both had bad injuries last season. On less wages as well

  7. I'd rather see Klimpl than Hughes. Is Hughes not similar to MacDonald and Klimpl more of an engine in midfield ? I might be spouting pish but he would be my preference.

I like Hughes but just can't see him coming anyway. Think Kimpl helped change Well for the better when he signed in jan he just added that extra bite in the middle. Also we don't know how long Kerr will be out for??

I would also offer Smith a one year deal as i think we will struggle to replace him so might as well sign him if we get to the bottom of his injury problems.

  8. From one Dutch 2nd Division you got that?

I think Jamie Smith came to us the season ADO got relegated from the Eredivisie.

People a writing off a Belgian capped, UEFA cup winner who once commanded a £1,000,000 fee without him even playing a reserve match.

    Brilliant! WE'RE DOOMED!!!

I have been to quite a few games in that Div.

I am not writing this guy off. I just think the standard over there isn't as good as folk make out. We already knew what Jamie Smith could do before he went over to Holland and he was in Eredivisie.

  9. Aye, Scottish football is much better...

Having been to a 2nd Div game 2wks ago in Holland i can safely say they are much slower and nowhere near the same standard required for Spl level.

  10. Where were you sitting out of interest ? It might have been the guys in front of us. There was a regular impromptu cry of 'you fat orange bastard'

The group sitting in front of you were from supporters clubs in Aberdeen.  I think there is a huge split in the support in terms of JC and the team, but i don't agree with abusing the players while warming up. Don't like JC myself but certainly wouldn't call him that.
