Thought McLean and Arnason played well today and May's workrate was phenomenal. Even made tackles in his own box. Really need to get this sorted by Thursday or we could find ourselves out the cup.

Another odd sub at half time with Pawlett coming on for Quinn.  After Pawletts performances in last two I am surprised he is getting another chance.

Regent Walk where the buses park is closest but not sure if there are restrictions there due road works at Abbeyhill. If not going for a pint then Marrionville Road might be an option as you can now cut through Lochend Park.

Although a win tonight gives Minks extra games it also means they will get a shed load of money (€14m just for getting to group stage) to strengthen an already strong squad.

Very straightforward win. Eased off in the second half but the better team by miles. Hearts were utter pish and really don't have a great deal of decent youngsters coming through.

 

Shankland was excellent as was Driver. Clark Robertson also had a very good game. To be fair if I had played today I would have had a good game and I'm 35 and nae played in donkey's such was how pish the Hearts team was.

 

Good all round team performance though with some excellent build up play, good communication between the players and their movement off the ball and ability to pick out a pass to a team mate was first class. Hearts were a bit pish though, did I mention that?

Here's hoping that Porto can stick two fingers up at Bayern tonight.  Not a massive fan of them as a club but will be nice to see a team that isn't one of the favourite progress.

Think Fyvie will play and Megginson to drop out of the line up from team above.

Voted for Considine as Player of year and Arnison goal against Utd... Would have also went for Jack as young player.

Reports suggesting he will sign a 2 1/2 year deal with us as fee agreed. Not sure what he is like but hopefully he is the winger we have been desperate for this season.

No Rae has a gentlemans agreement with Barry Smith and Dundee that if a bigger team comes in for him he can leave during this window.

Lol, I disagree. We had a settled team last week and there have been a few moments craziness already. All this to accommodate him. Im not knocking consi, I just dont think its worth weakening the team by punting mccardle to the right.

I agree Mcardle should be in the stand and someone else at RB... But then again Clark shouldn't be playing. 

Why the hell is mccardle out on the right? He deserved to keep his place in the middle. 

Considine is a better player and should be straight back into the squad...

Seems to be Considine he would have been captain had he not been suspended last wk against Forfar.

Im surprised its taken them so long considering its been a problem area for us. Its my preferred position for him, let jack play in the middle.

I think he is too slow to play RB when coming up against wingers... But we shall see 2morro at Utd.
