  1. Kilmarnock v Aberdeen

    Sunday 4th November 2018

    12.15

    Live on BT Sport

    Live on RED TV International

    :ultras:

This will be a tough match for us but we are playing okay at the moment.

Start with the same players that started against Hamilton.

Expect a nervous 1-0 win to us.

  2. There must be a way for Admin to have software which is able to accept more than one member posting at the same time on a thread.

Getting fed up posting something only to see it disappear because some other member posts at the same time.

Just end up not bothering to post a reply.

  3. Jim White has likened Steven Gerrard’s no-nonsense way of handling a question to Man United legend Sir Alex Ferguson.

Speaking on talkSPORT this morning, he said: “I liked the way he got a hold of the situation.

“He says: ‘I’m in charge, Jordan Rossiter sit out of this one. I’m going to take this question’.

“I know it’s early days for Gerrard at Rangers but there were almost shades of Sir Alex in that.”

    Saying absolutely nothing.

  4. Wilson was poor last night, did appear a tad disinterested, actually thought May was an improvement.

May was his usual self.. crap. . watch a replay of him trying to control a pass to him and he just let the ball bounce off the back of his leg then lost it to the opposition.

You are correct about Wilson he looks as if he does not want to be here.

Aberdeen will win on Wednesday by 3 goals.

Ps This match is live on RED TV International

  5. McInnes said: “I’d trade the runners-up finishes in the league for another trophy. Of course, if I could guarantee silverware, I’d take that over a league position all day long.

I tend to agree with him.

Just go for it today.

    Attack...Attack...and Attack again.

  6. Kris Boyd

But thinking about it more, it only shows the Dons are now only the FIFTH biggest club in Scotland.

After Rangers and then Celtic, it’s now Hearts and Hibs.

Aberdeen lag behind, given they still haven’t got their own training ground or stadium sorted.

He fucking really hates us ...

  7. Derek McInnes has defended Aberdeen's record in "big games" before Sunday's League Cup semi-final with The Rangers.

Across all competitions under McInnes, Aberdeen have beaten Celtic five times in 24 attempts, and Rangers twice in nine matches."We do lose big games only because we play more big games. And we win big games," he told BBC Scotland."It's an easy one to get thrown at you when you lose a big match or a lot is expected of you. But it doesn't rear its head when you do win big games or deal with what's in front of you.

"This is our seventh semi-final in five years. Three cup finals, always got into Europe. No other team apart from Celtic has made as many finals or semi-finals in recent years as us."There's loads of big games we've been dealt, coped with, and got the desired result."

Just stop Derek. Do your talking to the players.

  8. It's in the SFA/SPFL rules that each club have to make available certain numbers of players available for press interviews pre and post match (2 IIRC not necessarily the same ones).

Apart from The Rangers who give no interviews to the BBC at all.

I have seen nothing online from any Sevco players on the game tomorrow. just ex payers spouting about how Aberdeen will be getting humped.

  9. You see, this is just paranoid shite, the sort of thing we used to laugh at Celtic fans for.

John Beaton has only ever refereed two Aberdeen/Rangers games before - one at Pittodrie, one at Ibrox - and Aberdeen won them both.

This "Rangers always get penalties against us, we'll definitely get red cards". We've both had one penalty each in the last two Dons/Rangers game. Rangers have also had two players sent off against us in the last three Dons/Rangers games at Pitttodrie.

My post was tongue in cheek but on saying that let's hope that Beaton officiates over a hat trick of wins for the Famous.

P.s Will be interesting to see the BT pundit for the coverage of the game. My bet would be Ally (the hun) McCoist.

  10. Wish Scotland had the same calibre of Refs like the guy in charge of the Sevco game tonight. If this was a Scottish ref you could guarantee two penalties for The Rangers.

The ref tonight got everything spot on.

  11. The officials for our game on Sunday:

    Referee: John Beaton

AR1: Douglas "Red Hand of Ulster" Ross

    AR2: Dougie Potter

    Fourth Official: Steven McLean

Four Sevco fans on offical duty at Hampden.

Any tackles in the box will result as a penalty for the huns.

Any 50/50 tackles on the pitch will result in a free kick for the huns.

Almost guaranteed an Aberdeen player will be sent off.

Apart from that we should be okay.

Ps.....Lets hope that there are no serious injuries for any Sevco players from their game against Spartak Moscow tonight which keeps them out of the semi-final.

  12. Knox is a hun. I just wrote this to a client who is a hun: -

You didn't enrol. You were brainwashed. You therefore are not exercising a choice nor free will. There isn't a war on so there are no "soldiers". The sectarian issue in the west of Scotland is a blight and a huge embarrassment to the country. It's stupid to hate in a civilised society and it's utterly hypocritical to divide on religion when none of you care about it.

I had just had enough of his union jack and no surrender texts.

On Saturday I spent the afternoon in the pub watching the Aberdeen game with two Celtic fans, one a mate of over 35 years. I've always hated Rangers more than I hate Celtic and there is very good reason to.

Admit I am the same regarding hating The Rangers more than Celtic.

What I find odd is the times I watch a Sevco match from Ibrox on TV the directors box is always full of ex players and ex managers of the dead club no matter how many other clubs these players or managers have played for or managed during their careers they all seem to return to that dump and not the other clubs they served at for years.

  13. Archie Knox:

Steven Gerrard...He has that passion. Fans can’t be kidded

Is this the Sevco fans we are taking about here.

Funny how Knox only seems to be a Sevco fan these days and is hardly ever mentioned as the assistant to Fergie in the Glory years.

  14. As the week goes by folk will forget about our defeats and really think that it is not a foregone conclusion that some people think

The Rangers can be beaten if our players start playing from the first whistle and not wait until we are a goal down.

Go two goals up then see what happens.

We have a big game performance in us, why not on Sunday
