  1. Aye, we're away on the 21st.  Sounds like they might be drawing the last 32 and last 16 at noon today.

Home game is 13th or 14th of Feb.

Can't wait for the chaos that will ensue for away tickets for the match.

Fixtures can be reversed... That will be announced at 1:15pm GMT after discussions between UEFA and clubs so could have away leg first.

  2. Not sure why yer wondering when kickoff is - ye'll all have been lifted and be in the cells getting bummed by a gringo!!!

    .

And that'll be at the airport as they're trying to board the flight to Madrid.  :lolabove::rofl:

No idea where I'll be watching this minor inconsequential game, don't understand what all the fuss is about. ???

I hate all of you Madrid attendees!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cardred:

  4. Ricky Gillies - "Scotland's brightest young footballing talent" was one of the most disappointing players of the nineties. I had such high hopes, and was overwhelmed with excitement when it was announced we'd beaten the Old Firm, Liverpool and Spurs to get his signature. But, apart from bearing a slight resemblence to ex-Metallica bassist Jason Newsted, he really did do nothing. Perhaps it was "the Aberdeen effect" that hindered so many players who pulled on the red shirt in the mid nineties. But no! After watching him play three times for Napier City Rovers in New Zealand ... a part-time team who get paid about ten quid each per match, he has proved to me that he really is that bad!

If I'm not mistaken is their player/manager not Jonathon Gould?

Who is now playing as a Defensive Midfielder? ???

  5. Didn't Kerr used to play for Newcastle? Or is that a different Kerr? If it's the one I'm thinking of, I seem to remember he used to be quite handy in his day. I don't really know about Rae, though. We tabled a bid for him years ago, before he left Dens. He hummed and hawed about that move, so I very much doubt he'd be keen on a move to Aberdeen now that he's been at "the mighty" Rangers.

Wage demands would be astronomical, too!

    Kerr is the ex-Newcastle player..

  6. Noticed in the paper today that if ICT fail to beat Dunfermline this weekend Killie will be confirmed as in the top six and the league will aim to have the post split fixture list issued on Monday.....

Will be interested to see where they put our final Rangers game if that is the case.... ???
