Hopefully. The fewer players that plot a successful path after leaving our youth setup without playing a first team game, the better. Of course, there are plenty of personal reasons why he might want, or need, to move on, that we're not party to so it's not a criticism of his decision. Really thought grimmer would push on from his Fulham days. But I agree, better that the pathway is a weak one whereas one sticking at the club proves to be successful.
