Starting to sense their was a sense of inevitability about this though.

To carry the match baws.

He's pissed on his chips there. ;)

Can our esteemed board of directors actually afford to let yet another player walk away from the club?? I mean, they are ripping into us, the fans for not supporting the club, BUT to see your most creative player at the moment walk, hardly inspires the fans. In fact it would piss me right off if he does go because worse than not showing ambition, it looks as if the board simply do not  give a fuk.

Aye, fair enough, I had my ranting head on, but it's more than a wee bit frustrating!?

I totally agree with you, but I suppose we just have to hope, that the club have someone else in mind. I mean we all probably are guessing they don't and then you'll get a quote from Maguire saying he is more than able and willing to fill the big shoes left by Big barry...

If he wants to go then let him go. His next contract his likely to be his last and that means he will have little or no resale value to the club.  During his period at the club its is only in the last season or so that he has started turning the performances in.

The club is bigger than any player and Im sure he will be replaced by someone else.
