Dons legend leaves club

Aberdeen stalwart Callum Morris has left his boyhood heroes to join Dunfermline. A great servant that will be thoroughly missed. All the best Callum (it is Callum, isn't it?).

Weird like. I think the summer signings of show that he thought O'Connor was going to a commanding central midfielder. There really is no other explanation. It's a shame if that is the case as it's caused us a lot of hassle (and points). At least it suggests that McInnes is aware of the problem but just can't find the player to fill it. It's easy to see why he thought O'Connor might, but it's very clear he can't.

Agreed. Hasn't got the legs or pace to do it. He'd be a poor man's arnasson. Centre back is clearly his beat position. Hopefully mcinnes has managed to get the middle of the park sorted and all will be revealed!
