Never been to a match with a female ref, seen lineswomen though. Have absolutely no issue with it. Can't be any worse than their male counterparts!

Caught the 2nd half, and whilst not the hardest game to ref, she was certainly no worse than a male, and 1000 times better than Willie Collum.
