In the modern game it is clear that it has lost some, if not all of its nostalgia. What would you like to see return to the game that has long since been missing?

 

For me : Terracing, 10 minute half time breaks and black fitba boots!

Hard but fair tackles and being allowed to tackle for the ball with the keeper.

 

This namby pamby modern fitba is  pash imo

 

Keepers get far too much protection these days, although they didn't used to get enough protection against certain teams...

Teams wearing their proper colours in all games, unless there's a genuine clash with the opposition's strip. 

 

And, as an extension of this, teams changing just their socks, instead of the whole kit, if there's only a clash with the opponent's socks.  Eg. Aberdeen wearing white socks away to Dundee when Dundee used to wear red socks.
