With just over 4 weeks to go until our first home match of the Ladbrokes Premiership season we are pleased to announce that over 10,000 season tickets have now been sold!

 

Thanks to your support sales figures are in line with last summer and we are hopeful that many more of you will add to this figure as we get closer to the match against Hearts here at Pittodrie on Saturday 13th August.

 

Despite the difficult economic climate in and around the city you have continued to back Derek McInnes and his side in many ways as season ticket numbers have held strong and a record number of home shirts have been sold.

 

The support of The Red Army has always been strong but we are especially grateful of your continued support at a time when many difficult choices are being made throughout the region.

 

Manager McInnes commented, "I say it all the time but the backing of the fans really does act as a twelfth man for the team and to have broken the 10,000 barrier is great news. Everyone connected with the Club all pulling in the same direction is very powerful and the better the atmosphere at Pittodrie, the more intimidating it is for the opposition."

As part of a wider strategy to give supporters more time to purchase their season ticket the traditional 'Early Bird' deadline was removed meaning that supporters who purchase their season ticket at any point over the next four weeks will receive the same value as supporters who have already signed up.

 

Season tickets are now on general sale and are available to purchase online at afc.co.uk/eTickets, over the phone on 01224 63 1903 or in person from the Pittodrie Ticket Office.
