Anyone had any dealings with the club shop?

I sent away for a 1976 retro shop along with a tee-shirt and a bennie.

The shop sent me the 1969/70 top instead which is rather smart.

I got in touch with them and told them about the mix-up.

They fixed things up real quick and told me they would send me the 76 top at their expense. So I get a free top out of it all.

Brilliant service.

I know a few years ago that the shop had a bit of a bad rep, but just like the team, there seems to be a change in lots of aspects of the club.

Every time, apart from the time I was trying to sort out a signed top, they have been very helpful and attentive. The top signing to be fair wasn't their fault, more that you have to wait for designated signing days and with the European qualification pushed things back.

Always good to hear a positive tale of looking after the fans.

All to often, folk are quick to criticise and slow to praise.

The staff are good. It's just a shame that the gear is generally pretty fucking dreadful. And I'm nae even one of these fashion police casual types by any means.

Had a few dealings with them, and much like the rest of the club, it seems to be run far better than it was in the past.  Been particularly helpful of late.  Keep it up
