Fenerbahce team bus shot at

Turkey's SuperLig and domestic cup matches have been suspended for one week after the Fenerbahce team bus was shot at by a gunman on Saturday.

 

The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) announced the decision after a meeting with the sports minister on Monday.

    The shop keeper across from my old flat said Turkish football was nuts.  I'm sure with the previous Turkish president they got screwed over (getting bans and trying to imprison their chairman) because the president was a Galatasaray fan.
