Walk.

I have fuck all else to do. Don't have a job. No longer a student. :(

I'd say ferry but because its peak season , probably not. Could look to fly to Biarritz or Bilbao and get the train to san sent Sebastian, I think they will have completed the fast line by now. Otherwise try Pamplona but I'm not sure if there is an airport there.

If you get a job you'll soon realise that £400 is just pocket money  ;)

hitchhike

If you've time but nae money, the megabus from Aberdeen to Barcelona is only £40.

You'll probably have to leave tonight to get there for KO though.

Fuck knows how you get to San Sebastian from Barca though.

I'm not going though as Spain is shite.

I don't recall there being an airport at Pamplona when I was there about 6 years ago.  I drove up from Madrid.

I think I've also flown into Toulouse Airport with a budget airline from G'gow or Edinburgh.  That might be worth a shout if they're still flying that route but again that was around 10 years ago.

It's a domestic airport only. From memory the only way to San Sebastian by air from the UK is via Bilbao or Biarritz.

From the UK I'm pretty sure you can connect in either Madrid or Barcelona.

I'm no expert though.

I've also learned today that I'm going to Barcelona then weekend before 'The Classic' - terrible timing.

And when you factor in that Spain is generally shite it's bad news all round really.  :(

It gets worse, for reasons that have yet to become apparent I'm going there to run 26 miles (and 385 yards) on the day of the Scottish League Cup Final.

Good lad, that'll be a cracking but tough experience.  Brilliant city.
