I knew they were on a decent run but hadn't realised they were unbeaten in 5.

Hopefully catch it on btsport but will probably have to sky+ it.

2-1 us, crespo

Watching on BT Sport.

Tight game, with us eventually emerging victorious 1-0 and Pee Paw getting the goal.

In/oot: In although pissed off at having to waste a days holiday to go.

Pre match: Train then Archies

Match: Y

Post match: toon.

Predicition: Although they are on a good run Hibs looked pish against Jambos and would be disappointed if we did not win this one comfortably. 2-0 Dons Vernon.

Oot fairly obviously.

Online (and FFS fix the online chat)

Expecting another late goal to win it 1-0 either way, not confident at all, sorry

^^^Exactly

We should all be optimistic about every game just now. The good ship AFC is on the crest of a wave and picking up momentum all the time, let's all jump on and enjoy the ride.

Before we hit the inevitable iceberg!

Last time I was confident was before the Motherwell game.

Trust me I think we'll win, but I'm not confident that we will unless our forwards start scoring more freely

Hibs tell Vine, Taiwo, Clancy & Thomson to find new clubs

Rowan Vine, Tom Taiwo and Tim Clancy are understood to have been told they can leave Hibernian along with former Scotland midfielder Kevin Thomson.

Terry Butcher is hoping to begin a restructuring of his squad after taking over as manager in November.

All four players are out of contract in the summer but are free to find other clubs during January.

Thompson worth a look? When flood is out we don't have any ball winning midfielders to take his mantle

Posted

From £2million to 'any takers folks?' in the space of 3.5 years.

Was he ever actually worth that or did Hibs manage to shaft the blue meanies who in turn shafted the Boro?

Posted

Arguably looked a better signing than Brown did when he was at... that club that folded, I forget what they were called?? before he got his injury.  Can only assume he never recovered properly from his fucked knee.

I'm going to revise my  prediction

4 - 2 Dons with Zola coming off the bench to score all 4 after we're 0-2 down

I have a dream.......

Not going to be able to watch this until around 11pm, so phone off, no accessing t'internet or facebook and then watch the full game without knowing the score.

Any team news yet?

Langfield, Shaughnessy, Tate, Reynolds, Flood, Jack, Robson, Pawlett, Hayes, McGinn, Vernon

Subs: Weaver, Anderson, Murray, Smith, Wylde, Magennis, Zola

Assuming it's Shag, Tate, Reyn, Hayes. Maybe Jack, Shag, Reyn, Tate.

Great goal, thought we deserved it overall. Looked the more dangerous and looked more likely to create something but also looked a little ropey at the back at times. Seemed to keep trying to gift them oppertunities. Still another win and another late goal, appear to be unwilling to give up which is a good thing.

We are a formidable team now, full of character and with superb fitness.

Couldn't really ask for more at the moment. McInnes has worked wonders and deserves all the praise that he is getting.

apart from one mistake tate looked very handy. think we look a bit too disorganised without anderson though.

was really wanting to see mcginn and vernon parter up with pawlett in the middle behind them instead of the lone striker because hibs were a bit too stodgy to carve open. but hey ho, all's well that ends well.

I know butcher's inherited a mess and may well improve them a lot but it's amazing just how shite hibs' squad is. I wouldn't want a single one of their players.
