‘No deals until Aberdeen FC make top six’

ABERDEEN FC have put all contract talks on hold until they’ve secured a place in the SPL’s top six.

 

Pittodrie vice-chairman George Yule confirmed there will be no more negotiations with Aberdeen FC manager Craig Brown or the players whose deals are due to run out until they know which half of the league they will end up in.

 

Yule said: “Any discussions about the management or players is out of timing right now.”

This not the same bloke who was talking about challenging for league 4 months ago. Now it's making top 6. Did not take long for his expectations to be lowered.

Are you surprised given the state of the board over the years. But I agree with mav, there are certain players that are worthy of being signed up. Top 6 is not something we should even be remotely considering as acceptable this season. Fourth as a minimum or heads should roll.

Who gives a fucking fuck about top 6? Lumping fuck.

Nobody would have until this farcicall split entered the season.
