Craig Brown has this week welcomed 2 trialists to Pittodrie.

Goalkeeper Dan Twardzik, who previously played for Bayern Munich and is now plying his trade for Como in Serie C, Italy, has been training with Jim Leighton and the squad.

Meanwhile New Zealander, Te Atawhai Maurice Hudson Wihangi, who is a friend of Rory Fallon, has also been making use of the training facilities here at Pittodrie.

With the January transfer window just around the corner the manager is constantly reviewing ways in which to develop the current squad and will open the door to a number of trialists over the course of the next few months.

Can anyone think of a song for the New Zealander?

Good luck on getting that on the back of the shirt

Here after to be known only as Mo  ;)

A quick Google search on Te Atawhai Maurice Hudson Wihangi brings up afc.co.uk, Mad and P&B.

Is he a real player?

Talk about putting a positive spin on things

"Dan Twardzik who previously played for Bayern Munich"  ;)

Put that on a team sheet and nae fucker will believe it is only one player ;)

Real marketing opportunity if he signs.

Imagine the cash we'd rake in from getting that on the back of a shirt

I can just imagine the RedTV commentators trying to cope with that  ;D

It'll end up being "the New Zealand boy" ;)

If it's any help for those budding Dons songwriters, it's pronounced "wee hang ee"
