Megginson poised for loan spell with Alloa

Aberdeen attacker Mitch Megginson is poised to join Second Division Alloa Athletic on loan.

 

The 20-year-old has been kept on the fringes of the Dons’ first team after the emergence of Ryan Fraser and Josh Magennis’s promising start to the season. Aberdeen manager Craig Brown has high hopes for the forward and will not allow him to play in the Wasps’ Scottish Cup tie against Rangers.

    always looked technically pretty decent but falls over more than lee miller ever did and that really is saying something

    I'm assuming the not playing v der newcohun means he'd be cup tied if he did play?

     

    He's looked ok, but could probably do with more lower league game time to help him kick on if he's able

    Suspect that means he will be gone in the summer as his deal is up I think.

    Can't say i'm fussed by this, i didn't really rate him anyway. Always looked too lightweight.
