ABERDEEN FC boss Craig Brown today admitted he has stepped up his interest in Falkirk striker Farid El Alagui.
Moroccan El Alagui is set to quit the Bairns when his one-year deal expires in the summer.
The 27-year-old has netted 27 goals in all competitions and Brown has spoken to Falkirk’s general manager, former Aberdeen FC boss Alex Smith, as he ponders whether to make a summer move for the prolific striker.
