I am, and always was, of the opinion that Foster was the wrong choice of captain as he has no leadership qualities, is too quiet and does not lead by example. However would changing him actually cause more fractions within the team? If I were to replace him I would go for either Milsom or Arnason, with the first being here slightly longer and knowing the team better but Arnason seems a slightly better choice.

I don't think Foster was the right choice either, however I don't think he's too quiet. He's normally quite vociferous. He's a plum though.

Fosters biggest problem is... Blaming every other player on the pitch for his mistakes. No real leaders in the team anyway.
