Apparently Hartley is keen on bringing Stirling Smith down to Alloa. Was out on Loan to Dumbarton last year for a while and had one sub appearance for us (think it was away to St Mirren). Would presume if we are farming him out this season Broon doesn't see him making the grade for us.
