Once it's finished.

The main question is when will we re-pay the debt for building it.

Not in our lifetime being my guess.

Where's the never option?

Summer 2017.

my answer is a combo of 2018 onwards + tsr's depressing but realistic thought.

Sumer 2014, after we spend the first season of a 13 team league groundsharing Dens Park with New Dundee FC

Seems like I'm the only pessimist up to now  :(

I think they will be ok for opening the ground in time, but it may take a while after for it to be completed.

Might have been better asking "When will the funding be in place?" and keeping the same options on the poll.

A year delay at the respective planning permission levels, then a rather large weight round our necks till eurolmillions o'clock.

Since I'm not at all convinced that Milne and his flying monkeys are capable of organising a fuck in a free brothel, I can't see any stadium coming along any time soon.... unless Milne is stopped by someone selling magic beans, which upon being planted grow into a 35,000,000 pound stadium.

Thus far they've shown themselves pretty much incapable of raising significant funds to clear even 10,000,000 of debt.  But we're expected to believe they've suddenly came up with a plan that's going to raise three and a half times that much?

Call me cynical, but they're talking out of their arses when they say they're going to come up with the readies for a new stadium.

I like that in particular they believe the bank won't force the funds from the sale of Pittodrie to pay the debt and that in addition to this the bank will release a new overdraft of around £10M to pay for the stadium.
