Aberdeen completed the signing of goalkeeper John Bateman this morning. The 18 year old has signed a one-year deal and will be part of the U19 squad.

Maybe I'm putting too much stock in his pedigree - Never seen the kid play

Schmichael did well for Falkirk last season. He's not as good as his Dad but is still better than Souter.
