ABERDEEN FC are entering the Evening Express Aberdeenshire Cup for the first time in six years this season.

 

Aberdeen FC pulled out of the competition in season 2005/06 in a bid to cut down the workload on their squad.

 

But with no SPL reserve league anymore, the Pittodrie outfit have made the decision to end a six-year absence from the second oldest cup competition in Scotland.

Nope. It's normally our reserves/under 19's who play, not our 1st team anyway.
