Young Striker Gilli Sorensen

Aberdeen have re-signed U19 striker Gilli Sorensen from Faroese side TB Tvoroyrar.

The 17 year old joined the Dons last season, but was allowed to leave due to homesickness on the provision he would likely return to Pittodrie in the future.

The forward, who was originally spotted at the AIFF, will rejoin his fellow countrymen Hallur Hansson and Rogvi Holm, both of whom are currently away on international duty with the Faroe Islands U21 side.

Never even realised he had left.
