I think Fraser comes across quite well (right enough, that's usually just the written press) and I think he's actually willing to fight our corner if the OF's 5% thing is anything to go by. Just hope his voice is heard at this and we get the benefit.

Depends on the dynamic of the board. If its just a talking shop and the real control and power lies elsewhere then it won't make any difference having him there. If they genuinely formulate strategy and implement in line with rules and governance then it will be useful to have him there to balance up the influence of that cunt Bain.

From what has happened in the past it seems that its just a talking shop because when it comes to decisions Lex Gold just does what he wants or whatever Martin Bain and John Ried tell him to.
