Asides from RedTV and BBC Sport, is there any where else I can view highlights? I'm in Spain just now and can't view them on the beeb website like I usually would 

I would like to know a source too as I can't get the BBC highlights in Kazakhstan either.

Other than youtube, I'd guess RedTV is the only place that you can access them outside the UK.

Personally I think it's excellent as there is nowhere else I'm aware of that I can watch highlights.  Then add that to the radio commentary at the weekend, the old footage of classic games and the 3 or 4 weekly interviews and I'd say a few quid each week is a steal.
