(I'm not sure how long you get on the pitch for but suppose it depends on how many will fork out.) We've also had "be part of the match-day squad" where a couple of fans paid to travel with the first team squad London for the Millwall game, join in the warm-up, tactics talk, dressing room before kick off etc. He certainly knows how to go about making himself popular with the folk on the terraces. Surely making the club an extra few quid in the process.
