having spoken to several friends of varying persuasions over the course of the season,

it is my (and their,)  opinion that Mr. Thomson is by the provrbial mile, The worst referee in Scotland!

I thought he handled the game extremely well yesterday. With the exception of the Hutton booking, I don't think he got any major decision wrong.
