I say Miller due to his performances so far this season and being of a 'similar' player as Wright.

It does sound like Wright and Miller are quite similar but we might be to accomodate Mackie, Miller and Wright.

In the absence of Smith, how about Mackie for right wing?

*puts tin hat on*

Drop Mackie. Miller has a lot more to his game than Mackie, as someone said above I don't think he's too similar to Wright either.

But Mackie has been on far better form this season than Miller, and is the only striker to score a goal!

Miller for me aswell.  Been woeful so far this season and attitude has been awful.  Needs huge boot up arse as we all know he can play when he wants to but seems to rarely want to.

Miller looks like he  could be another player who recovers his form when he has a year left on his contract.

Mackie was gash against Hamilton though so i would drop him.

I don't think wright will start though

...but if he does we'll see a 4-3-3.

Not sure who would start alongside wright though.

You want a 4-3-3 option as well then FFS  ::)

And i think we might have foster up front with Severin

although maybe we'll play a 4-2-4 with maguire, mackie, wright and miller up front - positive attacking formation to get some goals at home

Its a bit early to be on the vino min  :wino:

How many assists has Mackie?

Mackie for the chop, he was total dung on Saturday.

Where's the option for "They're all shite, get another loan signing in to play alongside Wright"?

Posted

might aswell play Miller and Wright together as our only tactics are to give it to Sone or hoof it up the park

Probably the best strikeforce we have at the moment, tbh. Is Jamie Smith still injured?

Yes.

On Saturday's evidence I would drop both of them, especially Miller.  A complete rethink is needed up front.
