SFA proposing changes to cup competitions to force clubs to play U21 players that qualify for Scotland. Also a getting clubs to give young players an average of 60 minutes of game time in league matches.

    Not convinced this will work and think the answer is to reinstate the reserve leagues. At least it’s not shoe horning B teams into the league.
