Issue: Submit Reply / Submit Reply button hidden

We are aware of an issue that when replying to a forum post that the Submit Reply button under the reply box is not showing.

The Submit Reply button is there under the box (on desktop to the right of the box under the Other Media drop down box), on mobile under the Follow topic and Hide buttons)

The same issue is present for creating a New Topic - the Submit Topic button is not showing properly.

On desktop devices, you can also use the Tab key on your keyboard.  Just click on the Submit Reply box or Submit topic (the bit where you type your response) and then click the Tab key after you've prepared your post, and it will highlight the button for you to press.

Our understanding is this has happened due to recent uprade to browsers.  We've reached out to our theme supplier for a fix.
