Bug in kickoff countdown timer

I think there is a bug in the countdown to the next kickoff that displays at the top of the site.

It appears to be based on the local time of the viewer, rather than the time in Scotland. 

So, for example, if it's 3 hours until kickoff and I view the site in ET timezone (GMT-5), it shows 8 hours until kickoff.

    Could you check if it has changed? - I've updated it to take the local time from the European / London clock server
