Changes to logging into DonsTalk

From Saturday 9 September 2023 at 3pm, the way you sign into DonsTalk will change.

You will no longer be able to login using your username.  

Instead you will need to sign in using your registered email address with your existing password.

Logging in by username represents a security weakness for the DonsTalk community because display names are public information and malicious users may attempt to login to multiple accounts with common passwords until they find an account for which the passwords work.

The forum software we use will soon remove the ability for users to login using your username - so we are acting now during the international break so you are ready for the remainder of the season.

If you have forgotten your registered email address, email contact@invernessreds.co.uk with your username, and we will email your details to you.
