First of all i think his performances since brown took over back up EVERYTHING i have said about the twat since the start of the season, where was all this effort when Mcghee was in charge? told me exactly what sort of human being he was, and exactly what sort of proffesional he was. If i was the manager i wouldnt be waiting to see if he did the same to me.
Anyone AT the game would have seen his reaction in the first 5 minutes when vernon "correctly enough in my view" went for goal when only the keeper to beat (something bebo did himself 5 mins later) spent the next 5 minutes sulking after throwing a massive hissy girly fit at vernon for not passing.
mind you, you would have seen that sitting infront of your laptops ;D
like i said plain for all to see hes not interested in the club nor the fans (going by his self idulgent celibrating) soon he will realise he is not as good as he thinks he is, and there isnt a group of clubs lining up for him.
His interview about being left out of the scotland squad earlier in the week was utter fucking shambles and if anyone can defend that then they are the dicks. No wonder he is never picked for the first team.
Cant wait till the little cunt fucks off to the lower leagues where he belongs.
That truely is a load of old bollocks.

Vernon may not be the greatest player in the world but as long as he keeps scoring the goals at the rate he is managing at the moment I'll be happy. He is just 1 goal short of Lee Millers best haul of goals in a season for us now and it took 48 starts and 4 sub appearances for Miller to score 13 goals
This
Vernon leads the line and is more clinical than Miller did or was IMO.
From what I've seen I'd take Vernon over Miller every time.
At least he's getting into the position to miss the chances. Miller was usually picking himself off of the floor when chances were created and he should have been on the end of them.

They played at home to Elgin yesterday...
Ach well, forget fit I said then

Local intrigue and the first time ICT have played Elgin City in a competitive match.
No surprise we weren't in a long highlights package, had we got gubbed I'm certain we would have been.
Apparently ICT have now played at every league ground in Scotland in their short history after playing at Elgin yesterday.

Liverpool are a joke and the fans are off their collective rockers salivating over Dalgleish taking over in the interim.
Will be fun watching him struggle to get improved results out of that bunch.
If Dalgleish had any sense he'd stick to playing Golf

Firstly, it was great to see goals flying in at Pittodrie like that. Been a long, long time.
1st half we dominated without really getting out of 1st gear. Which allowed East Fife some chances. Fortunately they didn't take them.
Maguire took his hat trick well. And I don't care what anyoneone says. It doesn't matter who you score goals against. As long as you score them. It's how you win games.
Cracking clearing header from Vernon when he should have scored.
I was very impressed with Jack. Good crossing, vision and distribution. And although it was only East Fife, it was pleasing on the eye. I'll be honest by saying that Jack has impressed me more than Fyvie did when he broke through last season. Only my opinion.
2nd half was poor and did nothing to warm me up.
I felt Pawlett took a good while to get going and East Fife gained a foothold down our left side. He improved a bit and had a decnt cross for Vernons goal. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt as he'll no doubt be rusty after being out for so long.
It was just good to again come away from an Aberdeen game having enjoyed myself. Doesn't matter if it was East Fife we were playing.
Also good to be in the South Stand for a change. Going to persuade the others to get a season ticket for there next season as opposed to renewing in the RDU again.

Not according to MiniJC
Mini & Stoney both have a bit of an agenda against Maguire, or have done in the past.
He was and probably still is a hugely infuriating player, but his performances have improved as has his attitude it seems. Long may it continue if it benefits the team.

Decent enough game. Was more like a training match though.
Considine looked like he has found his level finally.
Vernon is a donkey.
Pittodrie is fucking cold.
What a load of nonsense.
Only thing you said that was true is that Pittodrie is fucking cold.

The half time interval hasn't done us any favours.
Can't get going this half and Pawlett is leaving our left side exposed all the time.

Cricket sucks balls.

So has the laddie officially signed?
-
I thought his retelling of the time he got lost after gambling in the Far East quite funny.
But there were lots of other good tales in there.
A potential genius & a tortured soul.
-
If the lad has anything about him he shouldn't be aspiring to be the next Jess or Booth.
He should be looking to make a name for himself and have people aspirng to be him.
-
Does that mean Aluko has signed a new contract? Can't click the link at work.
Nice een bobo

I reckon the board have a management team they feel they can trust to spend money wisely.
-
Probably, but I doubt that it'd result in the return of Foster/Cafu.
Velicka is quite possibly one of the worst piece's of business we've ever done.
I've retracted the Nigel Pepper part.

In/oot: Oot.
Prematcher: Doing a tensioning job offshore for Bluewater.
Match: A tin prison offshore.
Postmatcher: Getting comfy after a day of...I'll call it graft.
Prediction: 3-0 the dons.
-
Nothing wrong with the challenge.
Good solid tackle and if any of our players had made it we'd be roaring our delight.
Folly was just unfortunate and I wish him a speedy recovery.
-
Nae a fan of said flag.
Looks a bit too Hunnish for my liking and I don't like anything Hunnish.
-
In/oot: In, hopefully with a mild hangover.
Prematch: Home
Match: RDS Upper
Postmatch: A few drinks in town then home.
Prediction: 2-1, Vernon & Hartley (pen)

Has agreed to sign till the end of the season according to the EE.
So make of that what you will.
Can play either CB or LB, but won't be involved with the 1st team straight away.
If you have signed, Myles. Welcome to the Don's.

Happy days!!

EE: Maguire can be next Booth or Jess for Aberdeen FC
in Aberdeen Football Club
Posted
What I will say about Maguire is that I'd like him to tell the club now/sooner rather than later if he intends to stay.
If what Miller says is true and the club have been trying for 18 months to get Maguire and his agent to the negotiating table, then we need to get things sorted and makes plans for having him in the team or not in the team.
