  1. Surely he'll get fined by the SFA for bad mouthing the officials, as much as I agree with him. Haven't seen it, but it doesn't sounds like canning disagrees with him

It was total bollocks.  Patterson kicked the ground, tripped, and fell over into the guy.

Collum was standing right in front of it, presumably with restricted view on account of his head being up his arse.

  3. Was thinking this the other week (or this is a deja vu/senile twat moment) but

    Reynolds

    Considine

    Flood

    Robson

    Jack

    Have all captained the Dons

Id guess that Flood and Robson have maybe captained other teams as well, joots?

Did  Shinnie,  Quinn and McLean ever captain Ict, county or saints? If so its like a team of captains,  ive noticed Quinn in particular is very vocal.

Jackers gave wee Johnny a right good cunting after the Kairat goal the other week  ;D

Quinn, Shinnie and McLean were all captains of their respective clubs when we signed them, I believe.

Ronny Deila silent on Scott Allan as Celtic seek fresh faces

    By Richard Wilson

    BBC Scotland

Manager Ronny Deila insists he is searching worldwide for players to take Celtic to the "next level".

But he refused to confirm or deny reports that discussions are ongoing with Hibernian over Scott Allan.

"I can't comment, he's not our player," was the Norwegian's reply when asked about any potential interest in Allan.

I'd love this.  It'd piss the huns off mightly, and do precisely fuck all to strengthen Celtic.

  5. Nice thought but Scotrail etc need to make money and if they allow free re-booking for rescheduled matches how long before that becomes free re-booking for rescheduled concerts, Family days out, Business meetings etc?

So what?  You book a train ticket for a particular journey.  Need to change to the same journey at a different time/date, for free.  Scotrail (or whoever) already has your money for the first ticket.  Your still only take one of the journey you paid for.  The train company doesn't loose out.  Don't see the problem.

  6. I can see us bidding for him.  I think he's the sort of player we'd commit a modest fee to.  If the huns interest is genuine though, and it appears to be, he'll go there as he's a wee hun fud.

I'll not lose any sleep on missing out on him but he's the sort of player I think we should be after.

I reckon he'd just be warming the bench if he came to us.  I'm sure we can do better.

  7. Aye the keeper can make all the difference, but Considine  has been immense for few seasons now and Taylor has proved over a whole season that he is big asset, he is going to make the odd blunder and if he didn't he would not be playing for us. Quinn also looks like judging by last night, that over the whole season he will  get pass marks. add in Logan and Shinnie  and its a defence to be well happy with.  Reynolds has not hit the form he did year so ago. It might not be as big loss as we would have thought. but hope he is back soon but we will be fine.

With any luck, if Reynolds finds it hard to force his way back in the team then that might be the fire lit under him that he needs to return to his previous form.

  8. Bolton would be a good fit for him it has to be said.  Right location, better money and good chance of getting regular games in better league to be involved in with a potential challenger  for promotion at some point.  Considering his circumstance I would be surprised if that didn't turn his head.  So say Bolton's interest is for real and he goes who are we all thinking could be a feasible replacement?

Whoever Inverness have at right back. Just to piss them off. :P

  9. If Scottish Labour had just a handful of people who could or would speak like this instead of blindly parroting their tired 'SNP bad' toss, they wouldn't be in the state they are in now.

  10. Original:

"The club will also assist with any investigation into the behaviour of Motherwell supporters and we would like to thank the Rangers fans who were excellent in showing admirable restraint despite severe provocation."

    Fixed version:

"The club will also assist with any investigation into the behaviour of Motherwell supporters and we would like to thank the Rangers fans who were excellent in showing admirable restraint despite severe provocation, by leaving the ground half an hour prior to the incident."
