Why would I make it up? I was done with this pointless argument until I saw that and deemed it to be interesting. As ever you go to your default and just accuse people of telling lies, look how specific the details I've put up are it would be a bit of work to come to those numbers especially working backwards to make sure they make sense, I know the post I saw on twitter, I found it again, I could post it but it's much more fun playing with you.In the history of the world, there's never been a cash out offer on a fivefold when 4 are already up which represents just over half of what the 4 would've earned. Unless you're going to show otherwise and prove you didn't make shit up again?
Also another example of how great cashout is, I have a horse bet on for Cheltenham next year £20 at 20/1, the horse is now just 14/1 the offer is £19.76 which is just pathetic.

You only expose stuff in your head Rocket, what I've posted is the truth, actual facts and I thought you dealt in facts? Obviously don't like it when it shows you up, which I understand.I'm having a great day thanks. The sun has just come out at Galgorm Castle. It's been worth checking my phone to expose your lies and stupidity yet again.

I never said it was a pro punter did I? It was something that flashed up on twitter and I thought it was interesting. Plenty of pro punters back big odds, stupid to think otherwise.Prove it. What were the teams? And what pro punter is stupid enough to hunt 20/1 shots, let alone 60/1 shots as you lamented?

£500 on the 4 fold would've returned £9655.80, goes back to what I said a while back that you never get the true value on a cash out, it's the bookies friend not the punters. If you knew anything about anything, you wouldn't push such a dumb argument. You hadn't even worked out that the cashed in £5.1k was riding on a 7/2 shot, minimum. Even the draw was more likely than the final bet winning. If it was a serious punter who included a 7/2 shot in a fivefold, he's obviously worked out that the cash out is slightly more than the fourfold return.

Worked in it for 2 years and was just approached about a job in Gibraltar but yeah I don't know fuck all about the industry. You really don't have a fucking clue about the betting industry.
Do you know the odds of the final game? Are you saying that you would've let a £5k profit ride?

Because the bookies wouldn't be offering it if it didn't benefit them, we've been over this a few times and it's pointless as you've got your opinion which you'll never shift from and I have mines and I won't be changing mines mainly because I've spoken at length with people that worked high up in bookmakers and from what they've said (some left those position now to gamble full time and never use cash out) it's a bookies benefit, short term gain, long term loser. You say that the cash out function favours the bookies because they profit due to punters cashing out on bets that go on to win anyway. How do you know that the money they earn from bets cashed out that go on to win exceeds the money they lose for bets cashed out that go on to fail?
-
Several cases on social media every week where people have cashed out which in turn has benefitted the bookies by thousands, one from the weekend where some guy cashed out his £10 fgs bet for less than £10 after an own goal was scored thinking the bookie had made an error, his selection then went on to score the next goal which is the first goal and he done himself out of £300+. Rocket you seriously overrate the common man that uses the cash out feature, more will get it wrong than right every day of the week, if it was costing the bookies they wouldn't offer it.

Ojo is a totally different player from Shinnie, he can actually pass a ball and dictate a game, SHinnie couldn't do that, my point still stands Ojo looks like more of a footballer than Shinnie ever did as a midfielder.Whilst I agree that Shinnie very much had his limitations I think it's premature to hail Ojo as the vastly superior replacement in the way that you are. So far he's put in a couple of promising performances with the odd booking for a rash/poorly timed challenge thrown in. Sound familiar? They could easily have been Shinnie. I'm not saying Ojo won't turn out to be better either. Just that from what we've seen we can't possibly know. But then again I don't have an agenda even if he was overrated and quite clearly a knob. He never hid that at all.

Excellent points and totally agree, you can see the difference in our midfield already with the signing of two proper footballers in Hedges and Ojo.The reason Shinnie picked up a stupid amount of yellows wasn't because he's a dirty player. It wasn't even that he was so committed, his only redeeming quality (in midfield). His disciplinary record was shocking because his timing and his football brain is considerably below average. He couldn't match his passion with the same skill level.

Sterling has to be the most improved player in the world, Euro2016 he was hung out to dry but since then he's taken his career and raw ability to another level, even the finish for the goal that got chopped off was extremely good. I also hate how he gets treated by the media, some clearly run a certain narrative on anything to do with him, however he's given some excellent interviews in that time two which I think has earned him a lot more support.

He's just hit the front, there's definitely something burning inside him

Assume that's their best known tune, Al? Will dive in to more tomorrow, made me realise where Future Islands gets a bit of their sound from too which isn't a bad thing at all.

Really enjoyed hearing this on 6music just now, never knowingly sat and listened to them to so that'll be something to do this week

Done 4 Led Zep albums now, this tune below hit me good and hard, cracker!

I guess that this won't be to everyones taste but I love it

I couldn't get in to his stuff before and I thought he was a cunt but have since watched interviews with him which have helped me understand and appreciate his work a bit more. Afterlife is about a guy who loses his wife and he wants to kill himself but he can't because his dog is hungry. No not seen it. Never liked Gervais for the obvious reasons but I do acknowledge his tremendous talent. As I've not seen anything he's done for over a decade, I guess he could be worth a new look. He surely still can't be peddling the same pathos individual joke, although it's a model others have used successfully throughout their careers, appreciated only by simple morons of course

Years of lies? It's only lies in your head rocket because you can't handle the truth nor can you handle someone having a different opinion to you.
