Since 2007 Rangers & Celtic have received £3m from Glasgow City Council for community project and anti-sectarian projects

The Rangers training ground got £150,00 from the Scottish Exec in June. Celtic received £175,000 through the Cashback for Communities fun "to create life-changing opportunities young people across Glasgow".

I'd say we should be asking why the government etc still continues to give them the money if they are making no effort?
