  1. you appear to base a lot of your opinions on what "leftie tree huggers" on mad think.

    True.

My opinion is always the exact opposite of the clique over there, I'm pro Trump, pro bypass, pro Square, pro Airport extension, pro Tory etc, I hate the way they ban people who don't agree with them and the way they act towards others with differing views. Frankly I think they're arses, i'm sure the feeling is mutual!  8)

  2. No one got as rich as him without taking risks, fact is he's came back from being bankrupt twice and is now a Billionaire, I admire him and really wish he'd invest in the dandies.

Feck I'd even buy a season ticket for the first time in years if he invests.

  3. Won't be any trouble, Aberdeen only take numbers down South for Saturday games.

I recall when we played Hull about 15 years ago midweek in a pre season friendly, they had a good couple hundred lads out well up for it, we had around a dozen, they felt sorry for us and we ended up having a few beers with them! That night there were more police than Dons fans, they must have been expecting big things.

  4. Oh I was "Itk", all too well.

I was one of the oldest chaps in the bank bar, good day out there and was still going strong in the Grassmarket at 3am!  8)

fecking rain meant we didn't get home till Monday but that's another story.

  5. Bit of respect if you don't mind.  He was at France 98 and he backed the French Police into a corner or something like that... the proudest moment of his football supporting life.

Now, why arent you people listening to him on the politics front??

You may mock but if the game is on I'll be there, I'm a veteran of many Aberdeen pre season tours, Millwall will just be another tick off the list for me.

PS When you've followed Aberdeen as much as me you can laugh, till then sook it!  ;D

  6. Aye, the ASC were out in full force that day. All 0 of them.  :hammer:

Not bad turn out that day actually, unfortunately turned sour in a bar on the royal mile a hour before the game and 95% were back on the train to Aberdeen before the game kicked off, I was down for the weekend on a stagger so made it to the game (in half an hour late due to the queues)You're either Itk or you ain't!  ;D

  7. Thats a nice place...Was there a few years. The minigolf across the road is fantastic

    Aye!  ;D

And the jimmy jimmy guys are banned from the street, makes it a bit easier!

Dons bar not far away either.

  8. A way around it is to have gravel car parking surfaces, that's what my work did when we consolidated buildings, the council only allow so many concrete/tar parking spaces, no rules against any others.

I believe the exhibition centre does much the same.

  9. We can afford WM, on 30k a year part time maybe but surely his role can't be a busy full time position that deserves the £100k plus a year he's on.

The manager should be in charge of the youth development side, when Fergie was here he did everything, now we're smaller yet have loads of staff.
