I have been volunteered to cook.

looking for a change from Turkey, and am thinking of trying a rib roast (the one with the bones still stickin oot of it)

Only problem being is as I am jist hame I haven't had time to practise it.

Can you experts advise if this is a good choice and is it easy enough to cook???

I agree with whats been said, everyone I speak to thinks things will get better next year, it looks like the oil price is going higher so that always helps.

A quick update, we went for the corporate deal & it was very good, plenty booze, food & a good seat in the main stand, all the locals good crack as well.

Apart from the arse Collum it was a good night.

I'm on a 5 week on 5 off rota based in a remote desert, so box sets help get me through the trip.

Been through all the usual's, favorites include:

Been oot in the deserts of Oman for over 4 years (on rotation), helping them to lift heavy things.
