Furryboots is that Malaga?  Was in La Cala for a day in February and went to El Gusto (I think that was what it was called) and the food there was excellent. I’m going back over to Benalmadena in July and might get the bus over to La Cala.

Its just along from El Gusto in the Car park behind the supersol supermarket, Crooky min. That El Gusto has just had a big revamp recently,

They look pretty phenomenal. I'm a bit lazy with my soups, leaving them a bit lacklustre at times.

 

Div you use actual stock? I find this makes a big difference, but I don't eat a lot of meat, so I never have bones often enough. I struggle to make a really good veg stock too.

I sometimes make ma own stock, depending on what we had the night before. Most o the times i buy cartons o stock from the local supermarket, easy and no hassle and tastes as good

Stranger Things, currently midway through season 2. Not what I expected but that's no bad thing. Enjoying it so far!

 

Finished Narcos a while back too, great series and got me prepped lingo wise for South America
