Here’s my take on it.
A commitment appears to have been made for investment of funds.
One of those investment commitments appears to take the individual / group above the 30% threshold meaning under Public limited company, they must make an offer for the remaining 70%.
The individual / group do not intend to make such an offering, therefore the plan is to make the company a private limited company, thus negating rule 9 of the public limited city code.
There also appears that there is sufficient agreement amongst the major shareholders that this will be approved on July 2nd, allowing the secured funds to then be released.
So in summary, the money is there and this is a process to release within the required needed time.

funding is in place......
Yep, just needs to released.

Manuel Benson
I thought we were trying to get a loan deal for this creative midfielder.

That’s Ryan Hedges signed a pre-contract

Nah
Exotic is what it’s all about.
Why haven’t they made the draw already?
The final qualifications have just came through this weekend.
There is a preliminary round before QR1 and the draw for that is on 11th June.
QR1 draw is a week later on 18th June

Simon Church was a Welsh international when we signed him too.
I though Simon Church did a job for us at the time we needed cover for Rooney.
6vgoals in 13 games was nae a bad return.

I know we ain't secured European football yet if at all for next season but let us have a bit of fun but no cheating!!
Who would beat us First Round in continental competition then go on and win said trophy??
Which beaten team in initial question from same country as above winning side had also knocked us out First Round and were again losing finalists a few years earlier??
What was the answer?
-
That's as may be, but I'm not a publicly funded supposedly unbiased organisation
It was just a joke min

We play Conah’s Quay in a friendly at the end of June.
I imagine that will be cancelled should we draw them on 19th June.
-
Still some teams to be finalised but we would be seeded to draw one of these teams so far in QR1.
Levadia Tallinn Est 3.250
Dunajska Streda Svk 3.125
MFK Ruzomberok Svk 3.125
Torshavn Far 3.000
Chikhura Sachkhere Geo 3.000

Nah, mind blank on this one.
Will look forward to seeing the answer.
On a separate point, seeing as you bring up Europe and assuming Celtic beat Hearts, then we would be seeded for QR1 and QR2.
SevCo and Killie would be seeded in QR1, Killie unseeded in QR2 and SevCo looking to just miss out on seeding in QR2.
There are 8 seeding spots left and we know the following 4 countries will return a higher co-efficient: -
EL23 (*) Cro 5.475
EL23 (*) Den 5.405 - 7.500
EL23 (*) Den 5.405
EL3 Sui 5.380 - 18.000
That leaves 4 spots.
We would definitely take one of the spots if Celtic beat Hearts
EL13 * Sco 4.425 - 5.500
If the better teams on paper from Isreal, Slovakia and Romania qualify, it would push SevCo out of the seeding.
CW Rom 4.000 - 12.500
CW * Slo 3.750 - 18.500
EL2 * Isr 3.725 - 12.000
EL2 * Rom 3.500 - 23.000
There's also a Bulgarian qualifier from QR1 that is seeded to be above SevCo
EL2 Bul 3.500 - 27.000
In summary, if all the results are as expected, SevCo get pushed down to the 2nd highest co-efficient unseeded side in QR2.
They need two results unexpected out of the 6 available to get seeded in QR2
The 6 teams that can push SevCo out of QR2 seeding: -
Ludogorets Razgrad - Bulgaria - 27.00
FCSB Romania - 23.00
NK Maribor Slovakia - 18.50
Astra Giurgiu - Romania - 12.50
Hapoel Beer-Sheva Israel - 12.00
Aberdeen - Scotland 5.50 (Celtic beat Hearts)

I only have mentioned the turd's name 3 times.
3 to the turd
1 to Cosgrove. Your as bad as them

More to the point for us now. If derby do win that could likely make Max Lowe unlikely to feature for them. Might even get a chance to sign him.
Lets hope so
Max Lowe wants to help Aberdeen book their Europa League return this weekend - just in case the Derby County left-back returns to Pittodrie on loan again next season.
-
With his injury history, how will he fair on Cove's plastic pitch?
-
Robbie Hedderman also get involved with community coaching sessions.
He's taken part in coaching primary school coaches as well.
Comes across as very likable and makes it easy to break down sessions into easy stepping stones for youngsters to build on.
-
Plenty promoted teams don;t go an change out their whole squad.
I wonder if Derby will be the same.
Also plenty of players who have went down there, played well and fitted in.
Fraser, McLean, Armstrong and McArthur.
Plenty of “Premiership” players that he has competed with in the SPFL I.e Arfield, Barton, Mulumbo etc
It will be interesting to see how he gets on.

I agree about GMS but the Shinnie booking was deserved. It was a careless and shocking lunge and he was never getting the ball. We might miss his passion and fight but he's really not that good in midfield.
At the time those around me thought it was May who was late
-
Thought it would be a tough game.
We won at a canter.
Great win.
COME ON YOU REDS!
-
With Derby's LB issue and Lampard apparently watching the cup final v Celtic, it would not be surprising if he went back to Derby in January.
Incidentally, has Forrest managed to get out of Lowe's back pocket?
-
I think it will be a tough game and can see the desire to rest some players.
With two tough games to come, I can see DM sticking.
Only 4 games to go till the break, manage the rest through less intensive training.
COME ON YOU REDS!

Was there not some talk some time ago of someone looking to heavily invest in a team up here.
Someone who looked at Hibs but was not interested in them.
I kinda brushed it away at the time, but could it be.......
