Wandered down for about 9:45 yesterday to see the queue streching back all along the RDS and the fence beside the SOuth Stand car park. Had to wait for about 90mins, but got 2 decent SS tickets. Never occurred to me it could be taking so long because of non-registered fans...they shoulda opened it to previous ticket holders only for the moment.

Was wondering this myself. I'm off tomorrow anyway, so could easily mosey on down like. Depends how much of a lazy beeatch I am. (Very, as it happens. )

Off the top of my head (In no order)... The Hibs 4-3 January midweek away game about 4/5 seasons ago. A fantastic match, 7 goals and a 97th min winner for the Dons. Got so worked up I got a nosebleed and threw up on the way back to the bus! MUNICH! Proof that large numbers of fans can travel to a European game, have a good great time, get hammered and NOT feel the need to fight and piss off the locals (we'll gloss over the state of Marienplatz as everybody went to the game ). Tosher scoring an equaliser at the Hunnery (one of the most mental bounces i've been involved in). The atmosphere at the Copenhagen (and to a lesser extent, Munich home) game...made me pwoud tae be a Don. The Irish Bar in Berlin. The 2000 Scottish Cup Semi v Hibs...another great game and bounce! Qualifying for Europe by beating the Huns!

We've mair chance of signing Miami Vice theme composer Jan Hammer.

So despite the fact that the SPL is bending over backwards to help them, the hun fucks are STILL nae happy. If I were the SPL, i'd turn around and say fine, fuck ye, you MUST finish EVERY game before the 18th May, or forfeit all points and see how they like THEM applles.

Agree with pretty much everything on here. Thursday, and indeed the whole week, was one of those special things that doesn't come around too often, especially for us. It's been absolutely mindblowing just how good it was. From the 05:25 pint in the airport on tuesday, right up to touching down back in the Granite City, i've had one of the best times you could ask for (as Mizer, theChimp and apparently MiniJC can confirm from my state on tuesday night ). The city, the people, the beer, the stadium...not one bad thing to say about any of it (well...one...the Hofbrauhaus refusing to serve us on the Wednesday, but as there was another pub next door who were only too happy to deprive us of our Euros, it was a minor inconveniance). Personal highlights? - Auginsteiner Bierhalle: best bounces you could ever imagine - Olimpiastadion tour: By god, the back of the main stand is HIGH min! Vertigo is nae a good thing...good job I didnae go up that tower thingy like! - BMW Welt: Mainly cos the entire squad, the management team, Willie Miller and Jim Leighton walked in - The atmosphere: Never witnessed anything like it. If only we could get that at regular home matches. - THE BEER! - Marienplatz before the game Just fantastic...I feel sorry for those that couldn't make it. You missed a classic.

Don't suppose one of those programmes is spare is it? Didn't manage to get one on Thursday.

It was so bad I was actually sick during the night on the Tuesday-Wednesday! Still, a Stein of Auginsteiner later, and I felt great again!
