I can understand people being unsure about this. I don't fully trust the SFA and their ideas as I feel that their main priority is keeping the old firm sweet!

McArdle was recommended to MM as a centre back, NOT a full back. MM has put together a very bizarre squad, centre backs who make loads of mistakes, no full backs (so we don't have any attacking options down the flanks) a midfield with no natural wide players and loads of strikers who look incapable of scoring double figures between them. Lets get a young enhusiastic manager, with modern ideas, someone like Derek Adams perhaps!!

Anyone care to make any predictions for next season. I think 8th in the league , early exit from the league cup , MM sacked by christmas , QF of the scottish cup and crowds down by 30% . I seem to have ruffled a few feathers with my thoughts on MM. It's the same thoughts I had when JC arrived, but he got a good reaction from SP's squad and always managed to take us into the top six and took us twice into europe. That won me over, MM so far has done nothing to win me over, his signings so far have been poor, I get the feeling that the squad don't respect him, he is tactically naive, and some of his comments in the press leave me confused and frustrated . I want to see entertaining, adventurous football, just like MM says so. I just think he dosn't have the tactical knowledge to deliver that.

Have heard that if there's not an improvement in performances and results six weeks into the season MM will get the bullet!

More to the point, how many will he actually sign. I am now really concerned about AFC, because I get the feeling that MM has a squad that doesn't want to play for him and I don't think he knows the transfer market that well. None of his signings have really impressed me.
