Hernandez now.....

McInnes wanted him in, board sanctioned transfer fee.

AFC bought the player and remains our player.

Cormack approached Atlanta to see if they would be interested in taking him on loan until end of MLS season and then he comes back to Aberdeen.

Loan came in from Cormack after Hernandez purchase and then converted to shares meaning we owe nobody anything for Hernandez.

Not believing any of that.

Brown and Tonev issue raised.

Says that invariably team mates stick up for one another

Board are convinced of Brown's character and not sure there is any issue between the two players

Missed that part unfortunately. That's the sort of thing you'd hear a Hun trot out. Nobody is questioning whether Brown was right or wrong, because we know that he was wrong, that's not open for debate. We're asking for an apology. If they're convinced of his character then they're convinced he's correct about Logan lying. Because anyone with any character, and so called leader, would have the decency to publicly apologise whilst they hoover up the adulation for hugging a hun.

Why isn't he sure? He should be absolutely fucking certain. Did he even ask?

Why not just say that he's a good player and we're willing to overlook any dubious history because of that?

at 34:20 on the vid in th OP while listing off player dealings

"we have to pay £350k for McCrorie to Rangers in June"

so no part payment from the scott wright transfer?

He didn't want to touch hun-money so threw their suitcase of laundered king fraud cash in the sea.

That sounds like complete BS.  Given we all know how DM operates, if he spends that amount of money on a player, he played him regardless.

Yep, it's clearly bollocks. McInnes, who's scouting targets consist of players who've once had a good game against one of his teams, scouted a random Venezuelan fullback, who's valued at twice the amount we've paid for any player this century.

It's all very good being "transparent", but when you've got Rob McLean asking pre-filtered questions with absolutely no follow up, it's a complete waste. If it was transparent then you'd have a fan (maybe one of the dons podcast folk) or independent interviewer asking the questions. Don't get me wrong, he doesn't have to do anything, but we're not likely to get answers to anything meaningful.

McInnes didn't scout Hernandez.

Atlanta and Aberdeen compared their scouting lists, Atlanta had Hernandez on theirs.

We were allegedly in the market for a right back, the possibility of Ronnie was put to McInnes and he said yes.

Jack McKenzie would have been at Atlanta on loan were it not for Covid supposedly

Not saying I believe any or all of it, just repeating what was said
