  1. I had the same problem, bloody annoying!
  2. What a farce. The club is run by a bunch of clowns. Have sent them an email informing them of the damage they are doing to the club and they are turning Aberdeen fans off from attending games etc... I don't expect a response. I've only ever received one reply, funnily enough when I was praising the club...
  3. Might have to update your IE or your Media player. I think its minimum media player 10 these days. Don't quote me on that though!
  4. I completely agree with this. Tell him to feck off. I know some people say that we're not in a position to say this, but fuck it. What do we owe him? Nothing. He didn't like what we had to offer and fecked off elsewhere, it hasn't worked out for him, not our problem anymore.
  5. Are you using Firefox? Because it didn't work for me, then I switched to media player and it played, albeit it jumped a lot. Good from what I could see though!
  6. Jimmy’s secret signing targets Four goals not enough By Charlie Allanin Holland Published: 01/08/2008 NO DEAL: Dyon Camero won't be offered a contract. More Pictures ABERDEEN boss Jimmy Calderwood has stepped up his efforts to make at least two more signings ahead of the big SPL kick-off. Calderwood missed the 10-0 thrashing of Dutch amateur side Rietvogels as he was believed to have been holding signing talks. Darlington striker Tommy Wright is expected at Pittodrie on Monday to complete his £75,000 switch, but trialist Dyon Camero won’t be joining him, even after his four goal salvo in the rout. Calderwood also hopes to add a central defender to his squad before their opening SPL clash with Inverness Caley Thistle at Pittodrie a week tomorrow. Aberdeen have already confirmed they are on the trail of a mystery Belgian centre-back. Calderwood was expected back at their base at Delden today after leaving assistant Jimmy Nicholl in charge. Calderwood was then expected to tell Dutchman Camero his goal feast against Rietvogels won’t earn him a contract. Nicholl said: “Big Dyon scored his goals, and we will soon find out if it’s good enough. “The manager will make that decision when he gets back.†The likeable Camero seemed resigned to his fate after doing his best to impress the sizeable crowd, which included former Dons keeper Theo Snelders and his son, Ryan. Camero said: “My performance could have been a lot better, but I got tired. “I don’t know if it will be enough, it’s now up to the coach. I did my best.†The Dons could only list 14 players for the game because of a growing list of injuries. Defenders Zander Diamond, Lee Mair, Andrew Considine, Richard Foster and Charlie Mulgrew were all unfit, which meant Jamie Smith had to fill in at left-back. Derek Young, Mark Kerr and Darren Mackie also missed out, but all are expected to face Caley. The usual no quotes from Jimmy or JN about these two signings but never mind.
  7. I think that looks smart as hell. Even the Team recruitment doesn't seem as offensive
  8. Romanian is he not? But i completely agree, I think things will be better swinecastle way this season
  9. surely an unused sub/wrong player Fingers crossed though this trip provides us with a CB (although is Seve not tipped for that position more often than not?). I don't think we need a striker but we NEED a winger.
  10. At least they'd fit into our wage structure In all honestly though, good to see a good number of the team getting on the score sheet. Sounds like the pre-match warm up with the Globes did some good then
  11. I hope to fuck they mean stuart smith, because there is no point in playing him at LB. he'll only get injured and be out for the season or something.
  12. Think all this is going to be dealt with once the team get back from NL.
  13. Thank god for that, cos he was arse. I do agree with you completely about JC, which frustrates the hell out of me usually, but I think that Cowie would actually add something to our team. We are crying out for a winger and centre half.
  14. Yes, however was it not quoted in the papers that Severin will be playing a more defensive role? Clearly his best is past him and I don't think he has the pace or the patience for a role in midfield anymore. A guy can dream
  15. According to MAD we've been inquiring about Don Cowie and he's rejected a new contract with them. If true, think he would be a great addition. The right age, puts in a very good shift and chips in with a few goals.
  16. Will do, Jagerdeen might have been there too, i'm sure they'll be on tinterweb soon, Jute usually finds an internet cafe wherever he is! Edit: topcorner texted saying we were pish and couldn't string any passes together and scored with our only shot. Happy days Mizer just rang and he said Darren Mackie should only be out for two weeks. They've all just been playing football on the pitch with the Aberdeen players. Apparently Jagerdeen got chased by deek because he was running away with and AFC ball
  17. Aye, Jute, Northfield, Edinburghdon (I think), topcorner, Mizer, possibly a few others!
  18. Good to see a win, Metro reported Mackie is out with a suspected broken rib?
  19. To be honest, i'm glad about this. 3 games in 3 days in pre season? No thanks. Save your energy boys.
  20. As long as the board realise he should be on next to nothing and on a annual rolling contract he's worth it.
  21. I wish someone would chop his fingers off and cut his voicebox out, I cannot stand this man. He truly is vermin hun scum!
  22. Been doing the rounds for about a week now. One even went as far as saying that he had quit but clearly thats not the case. I know a fair few Hibs fans are not happy about the prospect playing hoof ball up to Nish. Oh well
  23. i'm sorry, but so what there was trouble between Ajax and Zwolle? What the hell does this have to do with us and GAE??? Or have I missed something?
  24. i'd say an hour or two from Arnhem, www.ns.nl - its available in english I think. Also check the FC Twente website. zaterdag 16-08-2008 17:00 FC Twente - UD Almeria Not sure where they are playing though.
  25. http://www.adodenhaag.nl/adodenhaag/nl/html/algemeen/home/home.pshe Ado against Bristol rovers Also probably closer to them, http://www.fctwente.nl/wedstrijden/
